(W)holistic balance is important. Most people usually just stick to mental strengthening only, physical maintenance only, spiritual building only or financial prosperity only. The ability to balance all areas takes experience, skill; knowledge, wisdom and understanding; trial and error and most importantly application and practice. Below are recommended books, authors and references that cover the basics of each area. As you grow in your studies, research and graduate to other authors you will collect your own books, references and apply what is learned to all areas of your life.
Mental: Our reality, perception, choices, etc is dictated by the strength and clarity of our mental state. The power to create, manifest, solve problems; envision yourself in a new, better and prosperous timeline/reality; navigate life and handle situations depends on our mental balance.
Robert Greene books are excellent because they detail the power of our choices, consciousness, critical thinking, strategy and how to counter anyone trying to take advantage or manipulate you. I highly recommend 48 Laws of Power, The 33 Strategies of War and Mastery. You can find them on Amazon by clicking the link below:
Art of War by Sun Tzu is a classic. "Although he was a military general and adviser to the king of the southern Chinese state of Wu during the sixth century BCE" his techniques is not just relevant for war between two powers, but the war on an internal, spiritual, physical and especially a mental level. You can find a copy of his work by clicking on the link below:
Many things that are happening today in the world is based off of history; especially global history. If you are not aware of global history then you will be in a false reality, have a warp understanding of how you fit in it and will repeat mistakes that occurred before. Some authors that touch on global history I recommend are:
There are signs, messages, symbols and communication happening on all levels at all times. The ability to recognize them and also decipher them takes an aware and observant mind. Dictionary of Symbols by Penguin Reference helps with understanding the universal symbolic messages around us:
*BONUS* Learn to play any strategy game or puzzle game of your choosing like chess; something that you can enjoy and play your entire life. Thinking games, puzzles, brain teasers, etc that challenges the brain teach you how to do critical thinking, how to apply multiple moves and seeing ahead, consequences of choices, keeps the brain sharp and active. If you don’t play them for recreation you can apply the "philosophy" of the games. This is also what the areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics teach as a byproduct of learning formulas, techniques, methods of operation and problem solving.
Physical: The body is similar to a ship or space suit. Proper maintenance and care helps us navigate life and other dimensions better. Books and authors I recommend are:
African Holistic Health by Llaila O. Afrika I think is a must have for any individual and especially for families. It is like an encyclopedia for health with remedies, recipes, charts, diagrams, facts and a wealth of information about diseases, the root of them and how to prevent them:
Spiritual: Maintaining spiritual balance keeps you align with Divine, cosmic, universal and natural law. What you do spiritually not only affects your current life but your past lives and future incarnation(s). Books and authors I recommend are:
Financial: Most people hear about the usual methods it takes to have financial security which is inheritance, having a trust, life insurance, real estate, stocks, investing, starting your own business; getting an education to improve on talent, skill and gift; learn a trade or profession, saving, inventing a product or service, getting into technology and start-ups, etc. Finances leads back to "currency", the energy within yourself and the "channels" you create or align yourself with so that the waves of abundance can flow to you.
"The Prosperity Bible: The Greatest Writings of All Time on the Secrets to Wealth and Prosperity" is one of those books in my opinion that gives an all around view of this. You can get the book by clicking on the link below:
Get books written by millionaires, billionaires, successful business men and women; entrepreneurs, qualified financial advisers and wealth managers, educators and experts that give guidance about wealth and the richness of life. Listen to podcasts, interviews, talks, read books, etc to get tips, insight, inspiration, how to solve problems and more that they share. It's best to learn from those that have done it; no matter what area of study or subject you wish to investigate. For book suggestions in other areas you can send an email for inquiry.
